According to the International Energy Agency's prediction, humanity is facing a serious threat of material depletion. This global energy crisis has forced governments around the world to invest a significant amount of manpower and financial resources in researching and developing new energy sources, such as solar energy. So in recent years, the solar tracking system industry has been very popular. What does the solar tracking system rely on to provide power?

Challenge:

On behalf of the client, we are requested to provide a DC reduction motor that is small in size, high in torque, has a high level of protection, and is easy to install. At present, the market mainly uses turbine worm gear reduction motors, but the disadvantage is that the efficiency is too low.

Solution:

Based on the requirements provided by the customer, our R&D engineers have worked hard to develop the first generation of direct axis DC reduction motors. Subsequently, the customer requested the implementation of corner installation, and we have developed the second generation corner DC reduction motor. In order to achieve higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, and lower maintenance costs, we are currently developing the third-generation brushless DC deceleration motor for solar trackers.
