At present, the splitter industry generally adopts a micro AC speed control with brake scheme. The reducer structure is mainly composed of parallel shafts and hollow right angles, with power ranging from 120W to 400W as the majority, and requires frequent start stop.

Challenge

Due to the frequent start stop and braking requirements of the splitter during use, as well as the need to adjust the speed frequently depending on the product, most customers choose motors with speed regulation and brakes. However, they often encounter problems such as motor temperature rise and short brake life during use.

Our solution

Based on the characteristics of the customer, Zhongda technicians helped the customer choose to use brushless DC deceleration motors. Brushless DC deceleration motors have high efficiency, low-speed constant torque, low motor temperature rise, and inherent braking performance, which effectively solve the customer's current problems and result in high customer satisfaction.
